film collective located

in Louisville, KY USA.

History
ARMEd and (Atlanta Radical Media Experiment) Dangerous was born from the big toe of UMN, ( Underground Media Network)Micro-Studios and a hair follicle of Atomic Bomb Enterprises in the early spring of 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia. ARMEd and Dangerous was originally envisioned as an online variety and entertainment project. The focus was the state of world wide political affairs, local musical scene along with sketch comedy segments and a stop motion project. In 2007 the first narrative project was completed entitled Sunset Service. It was the turning point that moved Armed and Dangerous from an experiment into a to a fulll blown independent film company.

In summer of 2007 a short film – Assassin's Assassin 2017 was released. It would become the genesis of nearly decade long project called The Sentinel Chronicles. This project would include 2 seasons of a webseries, a feature length film and several short films. This project would later give way to dedicated narrative projects that would make up the second decade of Armed and Dangerous projects.

The early years: 2006-2011

During this time AND Television would be primarily focused on The Sentinel Chronicles project. In 2011 we took a 3 year hiatus and returned with the TSC projects Resistance and The Zone.

The middle children: 2014-2017

After the hiatus AND Television returned and completed several TSC related projects including Legacy, World's End, Know Your Enemy, Prelude to Darkness and Impossibility of Reason.

Rebirth 2018-to Today

AND Television was re-branded in 2020 as Armed and Dangerous Pictures. We have since 2018 completed 12 short films across several genres including comedy, zombie, action and sci-fi. Our films have gone on to win or be nominated for over 3 dozen film festival awards internationally. We are currently focused on the Dark City project that is a 6 chapter story of an alternate reality where humans, artificial intelligence and aliens are engaged on a deadly struggle.
